Job Summary

CDL A Drivers No Touch Home Weekends 85K-105K/Yr (Full Time)

Class A drivers with 8 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last three years, with at least 2 months in winter conditions in the Upper Midwest or Northeast (Dec‑Feb). Drivers earn $85‑$105K per year on no‑touch freight with top‑of‑the‑line benefits. If drivers start before 7/3/26 for their first five weeks, they will earn a minimum of $1,800 per week.

Drivers get home either Friday night and depart Sunday night or Saturday morning and return Monday morning, with a full 48 hours off.

All trucks are 18 months or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth T680, automatic, and governed at 65 mph.

• Run the Upper Midwest into Kentucky and Virginia and the Northeast, excluding New York State and NYC, with no pick or drop.
• Take the truck and trailer home (never under a load) and find a parking location.

• $900 Safety Bonus every 90 days for hazmat drivers or $750 for non‑hazmat drivers, plus 8 hours of PTO if no safety bonus.
• Up to $1,500 hiring pay.

• Minimum 8 months OTR or Regional in the last three years, with at least two months in winter (Dec, Jan, Feb).
• No more than three moving violations in the last three years (max two in the last 12 months) and none serious.
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last three years.
• No more than three parking‑lot incidents in the last two years.
• No 15+ infractions in the last year, and no cell‑phone usage, careless or reckless driving, following too closely, improper passing, or speeding for conditions in the last three years.
• No more than four driving jobs in the last 12 months.
• May not have been terminated from any driving job in the last 12 months, with no more than two terminations in the last three years.
• No DUI ever in a CMV.
