Driver Coordinator & Dispatcher
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate chauffeurs/vehicles
- Update and record the daily task details for vehicles
- Assign resource for vehicle application
- Cooperate with Buyer transport team for vehicle support
- Solve any chauffeur or vehicle related problems
- Output vehicle monthly reports as company requirement
- The dispatcher should be skilled using in MR.CAR system to dispatch vehicle
- Keep skilled communication to solve passenger complaint and feedback on time
- Other additional requirement if needed
- Attendance:
The dispatcher has to be present at designated working place and sign in the attendance system (Punch Card / Fingerprint Device will be provided by Buyer. Failing to sign in the attendance system in time shall be considered as absence and service charge shall be adjusted accordingly.) - 24/7 available
- To prepare on driver monthly OT and daily Per Diem
- Provide supervision on spot within if needed on driver performance
- Ensure car hygiene and perform car inspection before delivery
Client and Employee Relations:
- Provide schedules, customer request, service maintenance and communication for external parties
- Communicate with client to ensure operation's and company's needs are met
- Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and packages
- Maintaining records of dispatched calls, driver routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times
- Reviewing drivers logs, including dispatched calls and arrival times
- Training new drivers, and establishing procedures for employee performance evaluations
- Coordinate with HR department for source of applications
- Logging customer shipping schedules and complaints
- And others tanks assigned line manager
Education Knowledge and Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in management, or computer science is preferred.
- English as working languages (Chinese speaking is preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills are required.
