Glacier Fish Company is hiring for a Mate aboard one of our processing vessels located off Alaska. You will supervise crew, ensure safe operation of the vessel, and coordinate daily fishing and landing activities under the Master’s direction.
Expect long trips (13–20 days), 12‑hour shifts, and shared living quarters. A Coast Guard uninspected vessel license and at least 2 years' experience on H&G vessels in Alaskan waters are required. We offer crew share pay and full room and board.
