Warehouse Associate

Marathon Staffing seeks reliable Warehouse Associates for a fast-paced light industrial environment. In this role, you will load and unload trucks, pick and pack orders, move materials using pallet jacks, and maintain accurate inventory counts. You'll follow safety guidelines, keep work areas clean, and inspect products for damage or defects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, can lift up to 50 lbs, and works well on a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles safely
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment
• Move materials using hand trucks or pallet jacks
• Perform basic inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Inspect products for damage or quality issues
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse work areas
• Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures
• Use basic warehouse systems or scanners to track items
• Communicate with supervisors about issues or delays
• Support team goals and assist coworkers as needed
