General Labor Worker

Marathon Staffing is hiring General Labor Workers to support a variety of light industrial and facility support tasks. In this role, you'll load/unload materials, sort and organize products, assist with basic cleanup, and operate simple equipment as trained. You'll follow safety procedures, use basic hand tools, and complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately. This position requires standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials
• Sort, stage, and organize products and supplies
• Assist with facility and workspace cleanup and basic housekeeping
• Operate basic equipment and hand tools as trained
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and site procedures
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
• Communicate with supervisors about task status and issues
• Support light industrial and administrative support operations
