Stock Handler & Packer

Marathon Staffing seeks a reliable Stock Handler & Packer to support a high-volume administrative and support operation. In this role, you will receive, unpack, label, and organize incoming materials, verify counts against paperwork, and maintain accurate inventory records. You'll safely operate basic material-handling equipment, pick and pack orders to specification, and prepare shipments with correct labeling and documentation. The position requires standing, lifting, and repetitive motions while meeting productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced, team-focused environment committed to safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unpack incoming stock and materials
• Verify quantities and item accuracy against shipping documents
• Label, sort, and organize inventory in designated storage areas
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to specifications
• Create and apply shipping labels and basic documentation
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Follow safety procedures and proper lifting techniques
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy standards
• Use basic material-handling equipment as required
• Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisor
