Inventory Packer

Marathon Staffing seeks an Inventory Packer to support warehouse operations in the administrative and support services industry. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and label products, verify counts against inventory records, and prepare orders for shipment. Responsibilities include inspecting items for quality, operating basic warehouse equipment, maintaining clean, safe work areas, and following written procedures and safety guidelines. You'll work with a people-first team that values reliability, respect, and communication while helping ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment for clients nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label products according to order tickets
• Verify item counts and update or confirm inventory records
• Inspect items and packaging for damage or defects
• Prepare, seal, and stage orders for shipment
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or carts
• Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow written work instructions and packing standards
• Communicate issues with inventory, quality, or orders to supervisors
• Support general warehouse and administrative support tasks as assigned
