Occupational Therapist (Part-Time / PRN)

WESTARM Home Health is seeking a compassionate, motivated occupational therapist to join our growing home health team on a part-time or PRN basis.

• Perform skilled evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans in patients’ homes
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety
• Collaborate with RN, PTs and SLPs
• Complete timely, compliant documentation
• Uphold WESTARM’s mission of integrity, compassion, and clinical excellence

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (PA license required)
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
