Job Overview
As a Repairs Technician, you’ll learn about our exclusive line of speech‑generating devices so you can work through repairs while communicating effectively with those involved.
You will provide high quality customer support when a device repair is needed.
Your attention to detail will make it so each client gets their device back functioning perfectly, in a timely fashion.
Your day‑to‑day supplies include hand tools and other small equipment to work through repairs and stock our device and accessory inventory.
If you have an eye for detail, are open to working hands‑on with technology, and are looking for a causal, engaging team, look no further.
Key Skills for this Position- Familiarity with personal computers and devices; iOS and Windows.
- Attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, processes, and procedures.
What We Offer
- Fixed starting salary of $46,000
- Work hours are 8:00 - 4:30 M-F for training, flexible scheduling after training!
