- Full time employment plus potential overtime. Employees are paid at an hourly rate plus time and one-half for overtime hours worked.
- Work weeks can vary from 5-8 hour days to 4-10 hour days for the employee’s regular schedule.

Rolloff Driver – Shank Waste Service, Inc.Lower Burrell, PA
- Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle.
- Safely drive and operate a commercial motor vehicle roll-off truck according to the work rules while also abiding by all local, state, and federal laws.
- Drive to the disposal facility and dispose of the load.
- Maintain a courteous and cordial manner with all customers encountered on the route.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Must possess a Class A CDL.
- Must pass a DOT medical exam and drug screen.
- Must keep both CDL and DOT medical card in good standing.
- Subject to yearly MVRs.
- Must pass a road test with a manual transmission as part of the hiring process.
- Employees must provide their own safety-approved work boots.
- Uniforms are provided after 120 days of successful employment.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend or twist, lift or carry as required.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
- This job is performed in and out of the truck; employees are subject to weather elements daily.
