Flatbed CDL Driver, Regional Route

No Experience? No Problem! For a limited time, through May 31, 2026, we are accepting applications from recent CDL-A graduates. Applicants must possess a valid CDL-A license and meet all other standard hiring requirements.

Weekly Pay: $1,095.18 - $1,980.65 per week (full-time drivers)

Annual Pay: $56,949.36 - $ per year (full-time drivers)

With accessorial compensation, total weekly pay can reach $912.23 - $1,862.98 and annual pay $47,424.00 - $96,824.00, depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service.

Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.57 - $0.71 per mile, depending on experience.

Transition Package: $1,800, including $1,000 for orientation during the first two weeks.

• Sick time accrual: 1 hour per 30 hours worked; 80 hours PTO for 1–9 years; 120 hours PTO for 10+ years

• Must have a valid Class A CDL
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum 4 months of driving experience
• A safe driving record
• No more than 6 jobs in the last three years
• Preferred: 1-year truck driving experience
• A completed background check
• A clean drug test
• A clean clearinghouse result
• Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation; flatbed drivers tarps about 70% of loads (required)
