Rolloff Driver

Lower Burrell, PA

Shank Waste Service, Inc. is seeking experienced Class A or B CDL drivers to operate roll-off trucks. Drivers work local routes and are home each night.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle.
• Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle according to work rules and laws.
• Transport loads to disposal facilities.
• Maintain courteous interactions with customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Class A or B CDL.
• Pass a DOT medical exam and drug screen.
• Maintain good standing of CDL and DOT medical card.
• Subject to yearly MVR checks.
• Pass a road test with a manual transmission.
• Provide own safety-approved work boots.
• Uniforms provided after 120 days of employment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend/twist, lift/carry required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work performed in and out of the truck, exposed to weather conditions.
