External SEC Reporting Analyst | Chester County, PA I up to 130k plus bonus
A growing public company is seeking an External SEC Reporting Analyst to join its corporate finance team. This is a high-visibility role within a lean corporate office, offering direct exposure to executive leadership.

- Collaborative environment working alongside FP&A, Cost Accounting, and Corporate Finance teams
- Prepare and review 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other SEC filings
- Research and document technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP
- Oversee financial statements, footnotes, and supporting disclosures
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Partner with auditors, operations, and finance teams
- Mentor junior staff and strengthen internal controls
- 4+ years of public accounting and/or corporate reporting experience
- Strong U.S. GAAP and financial reporting knowledge
