Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Salary: $25.50 – $38.89 per hour

• Accurately and efficiently enter data from various source documents into our company databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output.
• Maintain and update database information to ensure all records are current and complete.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies to ensure all company information remains confidential.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and support other departments with data-related requests as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across all platforms.

• Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar position.
• Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a collaborative team player.
• Strong understanding of data confidentiality principles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications will be considered an asset.
• Experience with in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is desirable but not essential.
