The Fordy Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale mission critical/data center projects in Pennsylvania for a leading Mechanical Contractor.
This is an opportunity to join one of the industry's leading mechanical contractors, delivering complex hyperscale data center projects for some of the world's largest technology clients.
You'll be responsible for managing all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction through commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of large-scale mechanical construction projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement and subcontractors.
- Build strong relationships with General Contractors, owners and project stakeholders.
- Lead project teams including Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
- Drive preconstruction planning and project execution.
- Review change orders, RFIs and submittals.
- Monitor project financial performance, forecasting and cost reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
- Mentor junior project staff and support business growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of commercial or industrial construction project management experience.
- Previous experience delivering data centers, mission critical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical or advanced manufacturing projects.
- Strong mechanical construction background preferred.
- Experience managing mechanical scope valued at $40M+.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Project is advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, communication and client management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline preferred.
