Customer Service Representative- Dealer

Job Summary

This position focuses on providing customer support for Springs Window Fashions’ product catalog, assisting inbound calls, and performing order processing and post‑sales follow‑up.

• Inbound calls – no sales calls or cold calling
• Pre‑sales assistance
• Answer questions about product catalogs and help screens
• Enter orders – sample swatches, quotes, new orders
• Post‑sales assistance
• Status updates and order tracking
• Troubleshooting using available guides
• Enter orders – parts, repair, remakes
• Issue credits

• High school diploma
• Basic computer skills

• Good communication skills (written, oral, listening, approachable)
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Good analytical skills

• Reliability

• Work conditions are normal for an office environment
