Senior Pastor Position
Williamsburg Alliance Church seeks a senior pastor to lead, teach, and shepherd the congregation.
Responsibilities- Prayer and Bible study
- Shepherding—caring for the congregation and visiting members
- Preaching expository sermons on the Word of God
- Leading worship and preaching delivery
- World missions support and local outreach
- Counseling and discipleship
- Administration of church business (finance, facilities, board relations)
- Licensed pastor with The Christian & Missionary Alliance
- Proven pastoral experience leading a congregation
- Strong biblical grounding and commitment to Scripture
- Ability to preach faithfully, teach, and minister with humility
- Experience in administration, budget oversight, and working with governing boards
- Willingness to serve a family‑centered church rooted in Christian faith
The church offers compensation within District guidelines, which may include a salary or a free‑will‑giving platform. A parsonage or housing allowance is available, and options for retirement and health insurance will be discussed during the interview process.
