Keyqualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Completion of Civil Engineer Trainee program or five years civil engineering experience with Engineer-in-Training certificate
- One year of civil engineering experience in hydraulic specialty and bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Knowledge of hydraulic and hydrologic engineering principles
- Experience with permit reviews, dam inspections, and stormwater/wetland compliance
