- Lead annual budgeting process, collaborating with business unit leads to identify and report key performance indicators to achieve company targets.
- Preparation of monthly financial reports, summarizing forecast and financial position relative to income, expenses, and earnings.
- Develop presentations including KPI’s, charts, and trend analysis to provide senior management with an outlook on both near and long-term financial results.
- Drives profitable and sustainable growth, advising the key business leaders and senior leadership team on risks and opportunities developed through scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.
- Develops financial models; prepare summary analyses and presentation packages.
- Owns the P&L and cash flow forecast to support business strategic decision-making, forecasting, and target setting.
- Oversee capital plans and fixed assets.
- Prepare trend and supply chain analysis
- Design and implement solutions to streamline processes and create operational efficiencies.
- As a subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and business partners on the monthly actual financial performance of programs and variances against the project plan.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate systems and processes when applicable
- Participate/Lead finance transformation projects
- Participate in ERP system implementations
- Bachelor’s in accounting or finance; MBA or in process required
- 8+ years in FP&A or Corporate finance role, Fortune 1000 experience required
- Expertise in forecasting and modeling financials
- Possess strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Able to work with large data sets, using pivots, v-lookups and be able to merge/consolidate data
- Be a self-starter with the ability to perform work requiring critical thinking and high attention to detail.

Compensation for this position ranges from $125,000 - $155,000 and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The compensation may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses.
