VP/Director of Finance
Some finance leaders report the numbers. The best ones help operators change them.
This is not a traditional, behind-the-scenes FP&A role.
You’ll be close to the operation—partnering directly with physicians and practice leaders to connect volume, staffing, reimbursement, overhead and growth strategy to the financial decisions that move a complex physician network forward.
We’re looking for someone who can:- Own a complex physician-network budgeting and forecasting process
- Turn budget-to-actual variances into meaningful operational conversations
- Build staffing and financial models around growth and physician recruitment
- Partner credibly with physicians and operational leaders
- Lead and develop a small financial planning team
The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 7 years of progressive healthcare finance/FP&A experience
, including direct experience with physician practice or ambulatory network finance
