We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Clerk to support payroll processing and act as a point of contact with our benefits providers. This is a great fit for someone who's organized, discreet with sensitive information, and comfortable balancing recurring payroll tasks with ad hoc benefits support.
What You'll Do- Assist with processing payroll accurately and on schedule
- Serve as a liaison with benefits providers as needed
- Support employee questions related to payroll and benefits
- Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records
- Help ensure compliance with applicable payroll regulations
- Prior experience in payroll processing, benefits administration, or a related HR/finance support role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
