What You'll Be Doing
- Support and optimize ERP processes across manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, production, finance, customer service, and shipping
- Gather requirements and implement solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain ERP functionality including upgrades and enhancements
- Develop reports, automation, queries, extracts, interfaces, and workflows to improve visibility and operational efficiency
- Support integrated systems such as MES, labeling, shop floor data collection, and inventory movement tools
- Maintain documentation including SOPs, process guides, and training materials
- Ensure data integrity and access controls across systems
- Balance day-to-day operational support with longer-term project and improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on ERP experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of production, inventory, purchasing, order management, and finance
- Ability to translate business requirements into system improvements and configuration changes
- Background in programming, scripting, databases, reporting, or system integration; SQL a plus
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- IBM i/AS400, CL, RPG, APIs, or EDI experience a plus
