Descriptions:
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure effective Scrum adoption across teams.
- Leverage AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Jira AI, Azure AI, etc.) to improve backlog refinement, sprint planning, risk identification, and team productivity.
- Use AI-driven insights and metrics to track sprint health, team velocity, delivery progress, and dependency management.
- Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Engineering, QA, and Dev Ops teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement using AI-enabled recommendations.
- Automate routine Scrum activities such as meeting summaries, action item tracking, reporting, and documentation through AI solutions.
- Identify and proactively mitigate delivery risks, impediments, and dependencies using data-driven and AI-assisted approaches.
- Drive Agile transformation initiatives and champion the adoption of AI-powered delivery practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and predictability
