Role

Lead AI-powered analytics and data science capabilities for US Medical Affairs, owning data strategy, architecture, and innovation.

• define and communicate a strategic vision
• partner with external AI/ML innovators
• develop proprietary AI solutions
• and establish scalable data governance frameworks.
• Drive the development of patient journey analytics, advanced segmentation, and stakeholder evaluation tools to enhance Medical Affairs insights.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, external partners, and cross-functional teams to align data investments with business goals, ensuring rapid and compliant deployment of AI initiatives.

• 12+ years in data & analytics, with significant recent Medical Affairs experience;
• advanced degree in data sciences or related field preferred;
• demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and teams;
• strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• focus on AI, ML, patient analytics, segmentation science, healthcare data platforms, and innovation scouting;
• experience in pharma or biotech R&D;
• senior-level influence and strategic planning capability.

• hybrid (2-3 days on-site), multiple U.S. locations, with some international Pfizer sites;
