What You’ll Do- The Hardware Sorting and Pricing Associate is responsible for sorting, organizing, evaluating, and pricing donated hardware items for resale through Jubilee Ministries.
- Identify usable, sellable, damaged, incomplete, or unsafe hardware items.
- Price hardware items according to Jubilee Ministries’ pricing guidelines and resale standards.
- Organize items such as tools, fasteners, hinges, knobs, electrical supplies, plumbing parts, paint supplies, lawn and garden hardware, and other related merchandise.
- Clean, bundle, package, label, or prepare hardware items for the sales floor as needed.
- Keep the hardware sorting and pricing area neat, safe, and organized.
- Work cooperatively with processing, retail, warehouse, and transportation team members.
- Maintain a steady and productive work pace while ensuring accuracy in sorting and pricing.
- Be part of staff meetings and team building.

- Moderate knowledge of common hardware items, tools, fasteners, and household repair supplies preferred.
- Ability to recognize item condition, usefulness, and general resale value.
- Ability to stay organized while working with a variety of small and large items.
- Dependable, self‑motivated, and able to work with limited supervision.
- Willingness to ask questions when unsure about pricing, safety, or item value.
- Ability to follow instructions and established pricing procedures.
- Have a heart for service and alignment with our Christian values.

Schedule
:
Monday – Friday & some Saturdays
Hours
:
Availability between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm
Compensation
: $16.00/hour
