CONFIDENTIAL SEARCH – SVP, FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
I’m working on a high-level leadership opportunity with a nationally recognized real estate organization that is aggressively expanding through acquisitions and development.
This is a key leadership role created by a planned retirement, offering significant exposure to the CFO and senior leadership team.
Why this role stands out:- Lead a team of 4 direct + 2 indirect reports
- Direct involvement in LIHTC, HUD, development accounting and complex deal structures
- 14 active developments currently in various stages of construction
- Opportunity to drive automation, AI, systems implementation and process improvement
- Partner with Development, Operations, Investors and senior leadership
- Strong exposure to acquisitions, development, financing and project profitability
- National platform with 600+ communities across 39 states
- 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Direct affordable housing experience and CPA required
- Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD and affordable housing financing
- Experience with development accounting, acquisitions and complex partnership structures
- Strategic leader who is also hands-on
- Strong interest in automation, AI and process improvement
This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity reporting directly to the CFO.
