We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) in a remote-first capacity, with hybrid expectations for candidates local to Easton, PA. In this role, you'll drive the successful execution of critical, complex, and impactful business initiatives, providing leadership and transparency through all phases of the project lifecycle — planning, design, development, and deployment. You'll ensure project scope, schedule, quality, and benefits are adequately defined and delivered, leading project teams and keeping stakeholders informed throughout.

• Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely convey project schedule and status
• Collaborate with project sponsors and representatives of the business to define project scope and vision
• Leverage subject matter expertise in driving conversations and/or influencing decisions/direction with Business, Technology, and functional partners
• Plan and drive execution of initiatives in partnership with internal and cross‑functional teams
• Develop detailed project plans and milestones, coordinating with cross‑organizational team members (technology, business, vendors, etc.) to determine resource needs
• Control project scope, schedules, milestones, resources, and potential issues
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Devise contingency plans to mitigate risk, manage expectations, and escalation when necessary
• When relevant, track defects through the testing phase, ensure timely fixes, and manage release schedule
• Identify creative and timely solutions to key challenges while motivating the project teams to complete critical tasks
• Establish and maintain relationships with the business and third parties/vendors
