Join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking compassionate and skilled RNs for both short-term contract and full-time roles. Responsibilities include supervising care, leading patient assessments, developing care plans, and addressing patient concerns to deliver exceptional, personalized care. RNs will build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate across departments, and support staff with complex needs.
Opportunities include flexible shifts (days and nights) with 8- or 12-hour durations, and pathways for short-term nurses to transition into full-time roles.
Qualifications- Valid RN license per state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- Experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is advantageous
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Compassionate patient-centered care
- Leadership in care supervision and problem-solving
