Clinical Research Project Manager C

Provides leadership for large and complex clinical research projects, guiding study strategy and operations across multiple sites both domestic and international. Oversees project design,documentation, and compliance, and ensures quality data collection and reporting. Supervises project teams, manages grants and budgets, and leads dissemination of study results through publications and presentations. Builds collaborations with external partners and funding agencies.

Searching for an applicant interested in the development and execution of innovative translational research programs focused onLong COVID, complex fatiguing and post-viral syndromes, and humanimmunology. This position will serve as a bridge between clinical research, patient-facing studies, and laboratory-based scientificinvestigations.

The successful candidate will manage clinical research studies and clinical trials, including participant recruitment, study implementation, sample collection, and data management. The individual will work closely with physicians, scientists, research coordinators, and laboratory personnel to establish and maintainpatient cohorts, facilitate biospecimen collection and processing,and support collaborations across multiple research teams. The individual will also manage and supervise Clinical Research Coordinators supporting these studies and provide oversight ofday-to-day research operations.

Responsibilities include managing clinical trials, assisting the principal investigator(s) with IRB and regulatory processes,developing study protocols, maintaining research databases,supporting participant visits, coordinating biospecimen collection and storage, and facilitating communication between clinical and laboratory teams. The position offers opportunities to contribute to scientific publications, developing and executing immuneanalyses, and the design of novel translational research initiatives. The individual will identify and pursue new grant opportunities and help develop new research collaborations and projects.

This role provides a unique opportunity to gain experience acrossthe full spectrum of translational research, from patient care and clinical trial operations to biomarker discovery and immuneprofiling, while working within a collaborative multidisciplinary research environment.

• Master's degree or higher in biology, immunology, clinical research, neuroscience, public health, or a related field.
• Experience managing clinical research studies or clinical trials.
• Experience working with human biospecimens and clinical research databases (e.g., REDCap).
• Must have interest in translational research, immunology, orcomplex chronic diseases.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in amultidisciplinary research environment.
• Experience with scientific writing, presentations, or grant development is a plus.
