Payand Benefits
- Salary: $30,000 to $60,000 per year plus commission.
- Commission & Bonus:
Base pay plus access to a 21% commission payout. You will also be eligible for a manager bonus program focused on profit sharing and success in key performance indicators. - Kickstart Commission: 60 days of Kickstart Commission to earn faster

As a Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales representatives, helping them develop their skills and achieve success. You will serve as a trusted advisor, showing clients how technology can solve problems and improve their lives. Your personal sales will not only provide you with commissions but also a positive example for your staff to follow. In this role, you will help others achieve their goals through accountability, coaching, and praise.
Key Responsibilities- Mentor and coach sales representatives to meet and exceed their goals.
- Lead by example through your own personal sales.
- Serve as the main client contact for your team.
- Drive accountability and praise your team for their successes.
- Track KPIs to drive account growth.
- A proven track record in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- A drive for success and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
- Experience in account management, sales, or a similar role is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM programs and POS reporting is also a plus.
