DESCRIPTION OF WORK- System Repairs:
Diagnose issues and repair plumbing and heating systems, fixtures, pumps, drains, pipes, and related equipment - Equipment Installation:
Install plumbing and heating components using blueprints, sketches, and diagrams to meet facility needs - Preventive Maintenance:
Complete routine checks and maintain equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation - Safety Practices:
Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean to reduce hazards - Project Planning:
Assist with layout tasks and coordinate with other trades to support efficient project completion - Technical Knowledge:
Apply plumbing and pipe fitting principles to determine layouts, materials, and appropriate work methods
- Full‑time employment
- Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 30‑minute lunch. This position may be called in as needed for emergencies.
- Telework:
You will not have the option to telework in this position. - Salary:

- Five years of experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing components and fixtures including two years performing plumbing installation and repair assignments independently in commercial, industrial, or multi‑unit residential structures.
- An equivalent combination of experience and training which includes two years performing plumbing installation and repair assignments independently in commercial, industrial, or multi‑unit residential structures.
- This position requires possession of a valid driver’s license.

- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination.
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
- Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
