** Baierl Collision Center is seeking a motivated Collision Repair & Mechanical Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an automotive mechanic with collision repair experience who enjoys a variety of work, including minor body repairs, bumper repair and replacement, vehicle disassembly and reassembly, and collision-related mechanical repairs.

** What You'll Do
*** Repair small to medium dents (typically golf ball sized or smaller),
* Replace bolt-on body components, removing and installing panels, trim, lights, bumpers, and related parts
* Perform mechanical repairs resulting from collision damage.
* You are comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards for repair quality
** What You'll Bring
*** Previous automotive mechanical experience
* Basic body repair knowledge
* Experience with collision repair, vehicle teardown and reassembly, dent repair, plastic bumper repair, and OEM repair procedures is preferred.
* Dependable team player
* Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality repairs.
* Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
