Mechanical Superintendent

Our client is seeking a hands‑on Mechanical Superintendent to oversee the installation of HVAC, piping and plumbing systems on complex commercial construction projects. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safe, high-quality execution while maintaining schedule and productivity goals.

• Supervise daily field operations for mechanical construction activities.
• Coordinate installation of HVAC, piping and plumbing systems.
• Lead field crews, subcontractors and trade partners.
• Plan daily work activities and manpower requirements.
• Monitor productivity, quality and safety performance.
• Coordinate inspections, startup and commissioning activities.
• Resolve field issues quickly and efficiently.
• Work closely with Project Management and engineering teams.
• Maintain look-ahead schedules and support project planning.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

• 5+ years of Superintendent or Foreman experience with a mechanical contractor.
• Strong HVAC and mechanical systems knowledge.
• Experience on commercial, healthcare, industrial, advanced manufacturing or mission critical projects.
• Ability to lead large field teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Experience with commissioning and turnover processes is highly desirable.
