- Accepts field assignments from Superintendent then completes assigned projects by gather materials, equipment, through the management of assigned personnel
- Directs and motivates field personnel in the execution of assigned tasks
- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities to assigned crew members
- Supervise and train assigned crew members
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Resolve operational problems or elevates issues to site superintendent
- Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
- Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment for assigned crew members by following and enforcing company practices and standards
- All other duties as assigned
- Frequent walking and climbing (stairs, ladders, terrain)
- Frequent lifting (up to and including 50 pounds)
- Frequent bending, twisting and standing
- Exposure to working outdoors in all-weather conditions
- Ability to work more than 40 hours in any given week including weekend assignments as required
- 3+ years of Leadman level experience in the mid-stream natural gas construction industry
- Must have the ability to lead a crew in accomplishing complex operational tasks
- Must have the ability to read blueprints
- Must have ability to meet fast paced and changing schedules and deadlines
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must be willing to perform allother duties as assigned
Proven ability to lead a crew - Ability to read blueprints, ISOs, and P&IDs required
Certifications:
- OSHA 10 Certification Preferred
- Travel is required
