We are looking for an engineer who is comfortable designing scalable, secure, and maintainable software architecture and demonstrates sound judgment in making trade-offs related to performance, cost, reliability, and long-term maintainability. This position will require the use of AI development tools as part of the core development workflow. You will leverage tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code and Amazon Kiro to generate and validate code, accelerate delivery and support refactoring while not compromising a high bar for code quality, security, and long-term maintainability.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Angular, C#/.NET, hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle, and a solid understanding of API design and integration patterns. This is an exciting opportunity to build enterprise-grade solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help shape the future of our platform.

  • Design, develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure software quality, reliability, and prevent regressions
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and database logic to support application functionality and ensure high performance across SQL Server and Oracle environments
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive developer documentation
  • Participate in and contribute to code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards with attention to AI-generated code quality and correctness
  • Mentor other developers and contribute to team standards, including effective and responsible AI-assisted workflows

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of development experience with focus on driving collaboration with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Demonstrated effective use of AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Kiro, Codex, etc.) as part of a professional development workflow
  • Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (building backend services and APIs)
  • Strong proficiency in Angular and Type Script
  • Ability to critically evaluate and refine AI-generated code.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
  • Hands-on experience with API development and integration patterns.
  • Proficiency with SQL and relational database development (schema design, query optimization, performance considerations) in Oracle and SQL Server
  • Proficiency in automated testing practices (unit/integration/end-to-end) across .NET and Angular, including testable design and mocking patterns
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments
  • Experience mentoring or leading other engineers
  • CI/CD experience and familiarity with modern delivery pipelines
  • Experience with MongoDB
