Become an integral part of our team as a Full-Time Administrative Assistant with a competitive hourly wage of $30.00. This in-office position requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. Ideal candidates will have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and a high school graduation certificate. Your efforts will facilitate smooth communication and scheduling within the office setting, directly impacting our efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and distribute mail and packages
• Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
• Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly
• Compile data, statistics, and information accurately
• Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
• Maintain filing systems for easy information retrieval
• Type and proofread documents and correspondence
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate required
• 2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Must work on-site; no remote options available
• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Permanent residence or valid work permit in Canada
