Billing Specialist

Location:

El Paso, TX

• Process billing and vouchering documents in accordance with established procedures
• Accurately enter data into the accounting system
• Ensure that all documents are properly coded and classified
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and vouchering documents
• Assist with other accounting tasks as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
• Perform data entry duties as required

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• A Degree in Accounting is preferred, however, this can be supplemented with relevant work experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Prior experience in data entry or accounting is required
• Deltek experience is a plus
