Overview
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle accounts payable process with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and accountability. This role supports the accounting team by ensuring vendor invoices are processed correctly, accounts are reconciled, and payment deadlines are consistently met. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in producing accurate work.
