The client base is built around privately owned businesses, real estate and agriculture.

Agricultural experience is a bonus, not a requirement. If you understand tax and enjoy building client relationships, they'll teach you the industry.

Compensation is competitive, with a clear route beyond for someone who proves themselves and has ambitions towards ownership.
