What you bring to the team:
  • Strong

    Soft Skills:

    Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • Administrative Precision:
    Exceptional at tracking projects and keeping meticulous records of tasks and progress.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    Experience in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn new systems (Bloomerang , Zoho , etc.).
  • Reliability:
    The ability to manage and keep up with tasks in a timely fashion while working a flexible schedule.
What you’ll do:
  • Mail & Banking:
    Run errands for mail and banking; scan, record, and distribute documents to the necessary team members.
  • Donation Management:
    Track and record donations in the donor database; manage fulfillment for donor club and society perks.
  • Donor Relations:
    Address and mail thank-you notes to supporters.
  • Communications Support:
    Occasionally print and mail supporter updates and intervention letters; assist with proofreading and presentation creation.
  • Digital Organization:
    Maintain and organize Google Drive folders and perform weekly database auditing in Bloomerang to ensure data integrity.
  • Special Projects:
    Manage the logistics for the annual Christmas card and donor gift project.
  • Admin Support:
    Provide administrative assistance for scholarship programs and book travel for the Executive Team.
