SummaryThe Service & Events Coordinator serves a vital role in ensuring exceptional weekend services and church-wide events through planning, coordinating, communicating, and executing. This individual works closely with the Executive Assistant/Event Ministry Leader, staff, volunteers, and assisting the Sr. Pastor to ensure services and events are prepared and executed with excellence.
The primary focus of this role is overseeing weekend service execution and supporting church-wide events. Church-wide events take priority over ministry-specific events, though support may be provided for ministry events as availability allows.
This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can anticipate needs, manage details, and create environments where ministry leaders can focus on people and ministry rather than logistics.
Qualifications- 2-4 years of job-related experience, preferably in a non-profit environment, event production, creative ministry, or large-scale planning within a church or nonprofit setting.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional administrative and coordination abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- High attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong servant leadership mindset.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with teams.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required.
- Must be a member or become a member of Trinity Church.
