• Supports mission of the Values-Based culture of the Institution.
• The person in this position greets, gives directions and assistance to visitors and vendors entering the TTUHSC Abilene Campus.
• Answers the telephone and transfers calls as needed to the appropriate department. Answers any questions the caller has and/or takes messages and delivers to department.
• Assists the receiving of packages from delivery companies, records the number of boxes received.
• Assist the various vendors who arrive at the reception desk, checking-in, directing and providing information as needed.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by Finance and Administration.

• Previous experience working in an office setting, including experience with filing, working on the computer, multi-line phones, and Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
