Work is performed under general supervision in accordance with established policies and procedures. Major/Essential Functions
  • Oversee the referral team members in Surgery, Urology and ENT.
  • Review and approve timecards for team members under your supervision.
  • Manage referral management tools and processes in EPIC and generate reports.
  • Address patient concerns as the on‑duty supervisor.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on clinic operations.
  • Review clinic schedules for accuracy in Surgery, Urology and ENT.
  • Insert templates in IDX for add‑on appointments and acute schedule needs.

Required Qualifications
