Major/Essential Functions- Oversee the referral team members in Surgery, Urology and ENT.
- Review and approve timecards for team members under your supervision.
- Manage referral management tools and processes in EPIC and generate reports.
- Address patient concerns as the on‑duty supervisor.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on clinic operations.
- Review clinic schedules for accuracy in Surgery, Urology and ENT.
- Insert templates in IDX for add‑on appointments and acute schedule needs.
