Position Description
Provide office services by implementing administrative systems, and procedures. Monitors administrative projects for faculty and staff in the assigned academic area.

Major/Essential FunctionsOffice of Curriculum:
- Assists in creating and maintaining course information in Banner each semester.
- Add meetings and changes, including updating faculty, workload expectations and TTUHSC Registrar’s office.
- Pioneer Courses within the Curriculum office.
- Coordinate with course teams in setting and creating both the semesterly and immersion calendars, collecting and reviewing Pioneer-specific syllabi, and collecting and organizing Pioneer-specific data for accreditation purposes.
Curricular Affairs Committee:
- Staff support for the Curricular Affairs Committee.
- Set up the monthly meeting, taking minutes and submitting minutes for posting to the website, collecting the Post Course Reviews, and downloading course content for the repository.
Exam Team duties and Other Duties as Needed:
- Main Testing Team Member for the Lubbock campus.
- Work as the Lubbock campus exam proctor and assist with Pioneer remote proctoring review, setting up and taking down the exam room, emailing faculty with relevant testing information and releasing test scores for specific class year.
Bachelor's degree in a related field plus one (1) year related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.
Preferred Qualifications- Proctoring experience.
- Experience or degree in Higher Education.
