Major/Essential Functions- Helps maintain electronic journal listings in Docline
- Assists patrons at reference desk
- Processes paperwork for journal subscriptions. Monitors and processes all changes to serials. Claim journals not received
- Monitors specialized equipment (e.g., poster printer and scanner) for any issues, and reports those as needed. Troubleshoots as needed
- Retrieves mail and delivers to appropriate parties. Prepares outgoing mail
