Major/Essential Functions- Support Project Management Office (PMO) activities by tracking project milestones, action items, risks, issues, and deliverables related to healthcare IT and revenue cycle initiatives.
- Assist with planning, coordination, and documentation ofproject activities associated with EDI conversion to Waystar and related claims processing workflows.
- Coordinate communications, meetings, and follow-up activities among internal stakeholders, business teams, information technology resources, and external vendors, including Optum.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and maintain project documentation,operational data, status reports, testing results, and other project artifacts to support project decision-making and implementation efforts.
- Develop knowledge of healthcare operations, revenue cycle processes, project management methodologies, and healthcare technology systems while contributing to assigned project tasks and departmental objectives.

Preferred Qualifications- Current Student in Texas Tech University System in good standing, pursuing related degree(s)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in afast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel,Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in healthcare operations, healthcare technology,revenue cycle management, claims processing, or project management.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
