Blue Compass RV Lubbock is seeking a Detailer to join our team. This role cleans the interior and exterior of RVs, performing vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, and general detailing to prepare units for delivery and customer handoff.
The position offers hourly compensation between $15 and $20, with a 5-day work week. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401K, and more. Prior dealership detailing experience is a plus but not required.
