ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYSnelling is recruiting a motivated Escrow Officer Trainee for a respected title and escrow firm in Lubbock, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a professional office environment and wants to develop a long-term career in the title and real estate closing industry.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and eager to learn-someone who enjoys building relationships while mastering the technical side of title and escrow work. You'll receive comprehensive training in all aspects of the closing process, including loan documentation, title review, and client communication.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in preparing and reviewing loan, closing, and title documents.

Learn the complete escrow process-from title search and funding to post-closing documentation.

Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.

Manage multiple files simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and organization.

Participate in networking and community events to develop professional relationships and build a client following.

Support senior escrow officers with administrative and transactional tasks during training and growth phases.

Stay current on industry practices, title regulations, and closing requirements.

Monitor and respond to emails or client inquiries as needed, occasionally outside standard business hours.

QUALIFICATIONSStrong interpersonal and communication skills; able to connect with people and build trust.

Excellent organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Ability to learn and interpret legal and financial documentation.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Prior experience in real estate, lending, or administrative support is a plus but not required.

No degree required-just professionalism, motivation, and a willingness to learn a rewarding industry.
