The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Sales / Account Manager (Business Development) to drive new client partnerships and expand our presence in Central Texas.

This is a true build-your-own book of business opportunity in the Austin market- where you’ll have the autonomy to grow your business with full support from a dedicated recruiter.

What You’ll Do

  • Build new business through cold calling, prospecting, and networking
  • Develop and manage client relationships from first contact to close
  • Negotiate contracts and deliver tailored staffing solutions
  • Partner closely with a dedicated recruiter to fulfill client needs
  • Grow and expand your book of business over time

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience
  • Proven success in cold calling and building business from scratch
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Driven, resilient, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Based in or near Austin, TX (for client meetings as needed)
