Title: Senior Chemical Valve Specialist
Location: Remote – Open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire
Travel: ~50% (Domestic & International)
Compensation: $115,000–$175,000 base + 20% annual incentive bonus

We’re seeking a Senior Chemical Valve Specialist to serve as the technical and commercial authority for the Specialty Chemical market
. This role is highly visible and strategic, supporting business growth by shaping product strategy, advising customers, and partnering closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Commercial Operations.
This position can be based anywhere in the US with significant travel (approximately 50%) to customer sites, internal facilities, and global partners.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary subject matter expert for Specialty Chemical applications, products, and market needs
- Drive revenue growth, bookings, and market expansion through technical and commercial leadership
- Partner with Commercial Operations to define application standards and solution strategies
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management on product development, customization, and certifications
- Support Sales teams with RFQs, vendor qualifications, and customer-facing technical expertise
- Analyze market pricing and provide strategic pricing recommendations
- Identify service requirements unique to chemical industry customers
- Evaluate competitors and define differentiation strategies
- Develop and deliver training to improve internal technical and market knowledge
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and market insights
- Deep expertise in Specialty Chemical products, services, and applications
- 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or related roles
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven mindset
- Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving ability
- Comfortable producing polished reports and presentations
- Willingness to travel approximately 50%
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
